What happens to your data

Wriggle deletes your account identity, pet profiles, care records, reminders, shopping activity, generated-content reports, and uploaded media. Short-lived operational caches are removed immediately when available and otherwise expire within 24 hours. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

If you cannot sign in, email support@wriggle.pet from the address associated with your account. We may verify ownership before completing the request.
