These terms govern access to and use of Wriggle. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Wriggle Service
Wriggle helps organize pet care, records, memories, and shopping. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable as we improve the service. Do not rely on Wriggle as your only record of pet care, purchases, reminders, or other important information.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the app beyond public landing, marketing, and information pages. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
3. No Veterinary Advice
Wriggle may help organize pet information and provide general guidance, but it does not provide veterinary, medical, nutritional, legal, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian for health symptoms, treatment decisions, diet changes, medication questions, or urgent concerns.
4. Product Information and Shopping
Product details, prices, availability, images, merchant links, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify important product information with the merchant before purchase. Merchant purchases are handled by the merchant or checkout provider, not Wriggle.
5. User Content
You are responsible for information, photos, notes, and other content you add to Wriggle. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload and use that content. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, private, or infringing content.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the app, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use Wriggle for unlawful activity.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wriggle at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Wriggle is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information.
